Detailed Description:
Downtown Jabel Ali is one of the largest self sustained community development project in Dubai, with a projected built up area 68 Million. Sq. ft. and estimated value of around USD 13 billion.
Set in the heart of Dubai's new commercial and employment hub, Downtown Jabel Ali will occupy an 11 Km stretch on Shaik Zayed Road between the Jabel Ali Free Zone, Dubai waterfront and techno park. It will also be to the gateway of Dubai's new international airport.
Downtown Jabel Ali will serve around 235,000 people 70,000 whom will be residents.
Our Role:
- Site preparation of area is around 400,000 Sqmt.
- Excavation of approximate 50,000 Qmt.
- Back fill and compaction 100,000 Qmt.
